MOVES and REBATES
In order to qualify for a rebate you must do the following:.

• You must put DFW Realty Group on the guest card, rental application and lease agreement.
• Sign a 6 month or longer lease, with a participating property. This is a property that has knowledge of the rebate/move program, and offers its consent for DFW Realty Group to offer rebates/or free moves.
• Rebates are for apartments only. They are not offered on new home purchases or house rentals.
• Rent amount must be at least $500.
• Notify a DFW Realty Group representative.
  

DFW Realty Group reserves the right to disqualify the rebate for the following reasons:

• The apartment refuses to work with DFW Realty Group
• The submission of more than one rebate form for the same unit.
• Failure to follow the requirements to qualify for a rebate.
• Rent Amount is less than $500.

DFW Realty Group will pay one rebate/move when allowed by law. Rebates typically take between 8-12 weeks to process, but can take longer. If you have any questions please call a DFW Realty Group representative.

Free Move (what we pay for)

DFW Realty Group will pay up to 2 hours of your move using a company certified by DFW Realty Group. If your move will take longer than 2 hours you will be responsible for the difference.
